Using your phone while travelling or staying abroad can lead to costly roaming charges. That is why we are offering a simple solution. When you purchase travel insurance through us, you will receive free access to an aloSIM eSIM, including 3GB of free mobile data. Once installed, the eSIM must be activated within 30 days.
Cover includes:
- Choose between an Annual or Single trip policy
- Emergency Medical expenses: choose from £5m up to £15m per person
- Personal belongings: choose from £750 up to £3,000 per person
- Cancellation or curtailment: choose from £1,500 up to £7,500 per person
- Missed or delayed departure
- Optional cover available for sports, activities and cruises
If you are travelling as part of your EMS placement please contact us on 01823 250700 to ensure this level of cover is provided. Policies purchased online will not cover trips for this purpose and your cover may be invalid.
If you have a medical condition, depending on the nature, you may still be able to get cover through this facility. However, if you have any issues, then please contact us on 01823 250739, as we do have alternative solutions.

You will not be covered if you book a trip or travel to a country or area against the advice of the Foreign Commonwealth Development Office or any other equivalent regulatory body.
