Data Analyst - Remote
Key Purpose
Prepare, develop, and analyse, data to enable the business to maximise the use of data to support operational plans and decision making in support of the business’s vision.
Location: Remote (ideally based within a commutable distance to South Ockendon, Essex)
Responsibilities
• Work with Team Leader to develop the reporting suite available across the Group
• Be the data expert for their area of the Group
• Contribute to the delivery of the teams strategic and project goals
• Achieve individual objectives and key performance indicators as set and agreed
• Provide a professional service, generating reports and bringing the data to life for stakeholders
• Highlight areas that may need looking into by way of data analytics and tell the story
• Ensure data reports are adding value
• Maintain own technical competence with in-depth knowledge sufficient to fulfil the role
• Knowledge of relevant regulatory guidelines and legislative requirements affecting the business
Qualifications
• Level 3 qualified in a relevant field
• Proven experience in Data Analytics
• Knowledge of the insurance industry
